31st Buil Film Awards
The 31st Buil Film Awards () ceremony is hosted by the Busan-based daily newspaper Busan Ilbo. It was held on October 6, 2022 at the Signiel Busan Grand Ballroom in Haeundae-gu, Busan. In the 31st edition, awards were presented in 16 categories for 215 Korean films that were released from August 11, 2021 to August 10, 2022. Kim Nam-gil and Choi Soo-young hosted the award show. Hong Sang-soo
Hong Sang-soo (홍상수, born 25 October 1960) is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. Early life Hong's parents owned the film production company Cinetel Soul. Hong took the entrance exam and entered the theater department at Chung-Ang University in South Korea. He then studied in the United States where he received his bachelor's degree from the California College of Arts and Crafts and his master's at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Hirokazu Kore-eda
is a Japanese film director, producer, screenwriter, and editor. He began his career in television and has since directed more than a dozen feature films, including ''Nobody Knows'' (2004), '' Still Walking'' (2008), and '' After the Storm'' (2016).
