2024 GB3 Championship
The 2024 GB3 Championship is a motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars held across Europe. The 2024 season is the ninth organised by the British Racing Drivers' Club in the United Kingdom, and the fourth season under the GB3 moniker after rebranding from the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship in mid-2021. The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers. The season is run over eight triple-header rounds and started on 30 March at Oulton Park. Teams and drivers All teams are British-registered. * Isaac Barashi was announced to be making his series debut for Chris Dittmann Racing at the Hungaroring, but instead elected to replace Nikita Bedrin at MP Motorsport in FRECA. 2024 GB4 Championship
The 2024 GB4 Championship partnered by the BRDC is the third season of a motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars in Britain. The 2024 season, which has been organised by MotorSport Vision, will be run over seven triple-header rounds. GB4 will act as a direct feeder series to higher open-wheel categories, including the existing GB3 Championship partnered by the BRDC. John Bennett (racing Driver)
John Andrew Bennett (born 15 September 2003) is a British racing driver who is competing in the 2024 GB3 Championship for JHR Developments, and is the runner up of the 2021 Ginetta GT5 Challenge. Career Ginetta GT5 Bennett made his racing debut for Elite Motorsport in the 2020 Ginetta GT5 Challenge where he collected three podiums and a fastest lap in his maiden campaign. In 2021 he came runner-up in the championship with five wins, two pole positions and ten podiums GB3 Championship Bennett made his debut in single-seater machinery in the 2022 GB3 Championship driving for Elite Motorsport. His maiden season went well as he remained consistency throughout the season, including getting his first single-seater podium at the final round in Donington Park. Snetterton Circuit
Snetterton Circuit is a motor racing course in Norfolk, England, originally opened in 1953. Owned by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation, it is situated on the A11 road north-east of the town of Thetford and south-west of the city of Norwich. Hungaroring
The Hungaroring is a motorsport racetrack in Mogyoród, Pest County, Hungary where the Formula One Hungarian Grand Prix is held. In 1986, it became the location of the first Formula One Grand Prix behind the Iron Curtain. Bernie Ecclestone wanted a race in the USSR, but a Hungarian friend recommended Budapest. They wanted a street circuit similar to the Circuit de Monaco to be built in the Népliget – Budapest's largest park – but the government decided to build a new circuit just outside the city near a major highway. Construction works started on 1 October 1985. It was built in eight months, less time than any other Formula One circuit. 2024 Formula Regional European Championship
The 2024 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine is a planned multi-event, Formula Regional open-wheel single seater motor racing championship to be held across Europe. The championship will feature a mix of professional and amateur drivers, competing in Formula Regional cars that conform to the FIA Formula Regional regulations for the championship. This will be the sixth season of the championship and the fourth after a merger with Formula Renault Eurocup which resulted to the change of the engine supplier to Alpine. James Anthony Wharton (born 8 July 2006) is an Australian racing driver who currently competes in the 2024 Formula Regional European Championship for Prema Racing.
