2023 Pacific Four Series
The 2023 Pacific Four Series was the third edition of the Pacific Four Series, an international women's rugby union tournament that served as one of the principal qualification routes for the top two tiers of WXV. The tournament was hosted by Spain, Australia and Canada. The series took place over three months. The first round saw Canada and the United States play the opening match in Madrid on 1 April 2023, followed by Australia hosting New Zealand on 29 June 2023 in Brisbane. The series concluded in Canada with all four teams competing over two weekends in early July for the title. New Zealand retained their Pacific Four Series title after a comeback victory over the United States in Ottawa. Format Six matches were played over three months in a round-robin format. 2022 Pacific Four Series
The 2022 Pacific Four Series was the second edition of the Pacific Four Series. The competition was hosted by New Zealand from 6 to 18 June. Matches were played at two of the venues which will host the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup – The Trusts Arena in West Auckland, New Zealand, West Auckland and the Okara Park, Semenoff Stadium in Whangārei. New Zealand won their first series title after defeating the United States 50–6 in the final round. Emily Tuttosi (born 21 September 1995) is a Canadian rugby union player. She plays as hooker for Canada internationally and for the Exeter Chiefs in the Premier 15s. Sara Kaljuvee
Sara Kaljuvee (born February 7, 1993) is a Canadian rugby sevens and fifteens player. In 2016, she was named to Canada's first ever women's rugby sevens Olympic Team (TR). She is a two time gold medalist at the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru as a member of the Canada women's national rugby sevens team. Kaljuvee was a part of the first ever women's Commonwealth Games tournament in 2018. She was also a member of the 2018 Sevens World Cup Team. McKenzie Hawkins (born January 8, 1997) is an American rugby union player. She plays at Flyhalf for the United States and competed at the 2021 Rugby World Cup.
