The 2022–23 season is Persija's 89th competitive season. They have not been relegated since the Perserikatan competition started in 1933. This season is Persija's 28th consecutive seasons in top-flight since professional competition formed on 1994. The season covers the period from 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2023. Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jakarta ( 'Indonesian Football Association of Jakarta'; abbreviated as Persija), is an Indonesian professional football club based in the Indonesian capital city of Jakarta. Hanif Abdurrauf Sjahbandi (born 7 April 1997, in Bandung) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga 1 club Persija Jakarta and the Indonesia national team. Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor 1973, commonly known as Persikabo 1973, is an Indonesian professional football club based in Bogor Regency, West Java, that competes in Liga 1. History This club started from an initiative to participate in the 2015 Piala Jenderal Sudirman tournament with a team that incorporated players from the professional PSMS Medan club into the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI)'s amateur club, PS TNI.
