2022 Stock Car Pro Series
The 2022 Stock Car Pro Series is the forty-fourth season of Stock Car Brasil.This season is marked for the return of Corrida de Duplas and the first race in an airport in stock car history. Teams and drivers Team changes The field will expand from 32 to 34 cars. Crown Racing and RKL Competições will expand their operations with one more car. Blau Motorsport/TMG Racing and A.Mattheis Vogel Motorsport both replace a Cruze with a Corolla. After dropping out of the 2021 championship at mid-season, MX Piquet Sports will not return. After taking command of the team last season, Scuderia CJ still at the championship. Driver Changes Nelson Piquet Jr. moved up to TMG Racing to replace Christian Hahn, having raced some events with his own team in 2021. Júlio Campos
Júlio Campos (born January 15, 1982, in Curitiba) is a Brazilian auto racing driver. He currently drives in the Stock Car Brasil and Copa Fiat Brasil series. Campos won the Formula Dodge National Championship in 2001 and Pick Up Racing Brazil in 2009. He is brother of the deceased driver Marco Campos, who died in an accident in a Formula 3000 race at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, making him the only driver ever killed in the International Formula 3000 series. Jeroen Bleekemolen
Jeroen Bleekemolen (born 23 October 1981 in Heemstede) is a Dutch professional racing driver. In the Chrysler Viper GTS-R he drove in the FIA GT Championship, with great success. He competed in the very competitive German Formula Three Championship and drove a number of times at the Masters of Formula 3 at Circuit Zandvoort, the unofficial F3 World Championship. Together with Opel he raced in the DTM. In 2005 Bleekemolen won the ELF BRL V6 championship. Jeroen Bleekemolen was the first driver for A1 Team Netherlands in the A1 Grand Prix series after replacing Jos Verstappen. Bleekemolen was a backup driver in the first season. He also participated, and took a class victory, in the 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans race, driving the Van Merksteijn Motorsport's LMP2 class Porsche RS Spyder. Pietro Fittipaldi da Cruz (born 25 June 1996) is a Brazilian-American racing driver, the grandson of two-time Formula One world champion Emerson Fittipaldi and brother of racing driver Enzo Fittipaldi. Fittipaldi is racing in European Le Mans Series for Inter Europol Competition, alongside serving as a reserve driver for Formula One team Haas. He made his Formula One debut with Haas at the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix, replacing the injured Romain Grosjean, becoming the fourth member of the Fittipaldi family to race in Formula One.
