2021–22 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship
The 2021–22 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship is the 51st staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county club hurling tournament. It will be the first club championship to be completed in two years as the 2020–21 series was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The championship began on 27 November 2021 and will end on 13 February 2022. Ballyhale Shamrocks of Kilkenny are the defending champions. Ballygunner GAA
Ballygunner GAA (nicknamed "The Gunners") is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club located in the parish of St Mary's Ballygunner in Waterford City, Ireland. The are the current All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship title holders. The club, which is exclusively concerned with hurling, is one of the most successful in Waterford. It has won 20 county titles and produced many great players for Waterford such as Paul Flynn, Fergal Hartley, Billy O'Sullivan and Pauric Mahony. Ballygunner has an intense rivalry with fellow city club Mount Sion and for many years in the 1990s and 2000s the two dominated the club scene. Since 1992, Ballygunner have won 17 county titles. 2018 Clare Senior Hurling Championship
The 2018 Clare Senior Hurling Championship was the 123rd staging of the Clare Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Clare County Board in 1887. The draw for the opening round fixtures took place in April 2018. The championship began on 18 August 2018 and ended on 21 October 2018. Sixmilebridge were the defending champions, however, they were defeated by Cratloe at the quarter-final stage. St. Joseph's, Doora-Barefield were relegated from the championship. On 21 October 2018, Ballyea won the championship following a 1–20 to 1–14 defeat of Cratloe in the final. This was their second championship title overall and their first title in two championship seasons. Ballyea's Niall Deasy was the championship's top scorer with 2-48. 2016-17 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there where hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. Jack Browne (hurler)
Jack Browne (born 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays as a right wing-back for the Clare senior team. Born in Ballyea, County Clare, Browne was introduced to hurling in his youth. He developed his skills at St. Flannan's College while simultaneously enjoying championship successes at underage levels with the Ballyea club. Browne subsequently became a regular member of the Ballyea senior team. He has also enjoyed Fitzgibbon Cup success with the University of Limerick. Browne made his debut on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Clare minor team. An All-Ireland runner-up in this grade, he later won two All-Ireland medals with the under-21 team. Browne made his senior debut during the 2014 league. Senior Hurling Championship, more commonly known as the'' Clare Senior Hurling Championship ''or'' Clare SHC, ''is an annual hurling competition organised by the Clare County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. It is contested by the top-ranking senior hurling clubs in Clare, Ireland. It is the most prestigious competition in Clare hurling. Down Senior Hurling Championship
The Down Senior Hurling Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the Morgan Fuels Down GAA Senior Hurling Championship and abbreviated to the Down SHC) is an annual hurling competition contested by top-tier Down GAA clubs. The Down County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association has organised it since 1903. Ballycran are the title holders (2021) defeating Portaferry in the Final after extra time.
