2021 Wisconsin Badgers Football Team
The 2021 Wisconsin Badgers football team represented the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Badgers were led by seventh-year head coach Paul Chryst and competed as members of the West Division of the Big Ten Conference. They played their home games at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin. Previous season The 2020 team started the year twelfth in the pre-season AP Poll. The team finished with three regular season losses, and were invited to the Duke's Mayo Bowl to play Wake Forest. The Badgers won the game 42–28 and finished the year at 4–3. Rachad Wildgoose II (born June 20, 2000) is an American football cornerback for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Wisconsin and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Wildgoose has also been a member of the New York Jets. Jack Coan (born December 8, 1998) is an American football quarterback for the San Antonio Brahmas of the XFL. He played college football for Wisconsin and Notre Dame. High school and college career Born in Sayville, New York, Coan went to Sayville High School, and in 2017 he decided to commit to the University of Wisconsin to play football. Inkster is a city in Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. At the 2010 census, the city population was 25,369. History The area was originally inhabited by Native Americans. It was settled by non-indigenous people in 1825. A post office named "Moulin Rouge" was established there in December 1857.
