The Russian Cycling Federation or ФВСР (in Russian: Федерация велосипедного спорта России) is the national governing body of cycle racing in Russia. Its headquarters are located in Moscow. The President is Igor Viktorovich Makarov, President and proprietor of ITERA International Group of Companies (ITERA Group). The Russian Cycling Federation is a member of the UCI and the UEC. After the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the UCI forbade Russian teams from competing in international events. It also stripped Russia of scheduled events. Alexandra Manly (born 28 February 1996) is an Australian professional racing cyclist, who joined the Women's WorldTour team in 2022. She also rode for between 2015 and 2019. Manly qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She was a member of the Women's pursuit team. Cycling career After taking a break from road racing in 2016 with the High5 Dream Team to focus on her Rio Olympics campaign, Orica-Scott announced signing Baker to race in the Women's World Tour team for 2017. Emily Kay (born 7 September 1995) is a track and former road cyclist. After several years representing Great Britain and England at international competitions, Kay transferred allegiance in late 2019, and began representing Ireland on the UCI World Cup Track cycling circuit.
