The 2020–21 season was the 128th season in the existence of VfB Stuttgart and the club's first season back in the top flight of German football. In addition to the domestic league, VfB Stuttgart participated in this season's edition of the DFB-Pokal. The season covered the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Verein für Bewegungsspiele Stuttgart 1893 e. V., commonly known as VfB Stuttgart (), is a German sports club based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. The club's football team is currently part of Germany's first division, the Bundesliga. Marc-Oliver Kempf (born 28 January 1995) is a German professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for 2. Bundesliga club Hertha BSC. Club career Kempf started his career at Eintracht Frankfurt, appearing for both the reserves and the senior team. On 15 July 2014, Kempf joined SC Freiburg on an immediate transfer from Frankfurt. Darko Churlinov
Darko Churlinov ( mk, Дарко Чурлинов; born 11 July 2000) is a Macedonian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Championship club Burnley and the North Macedonia national team. Club career Churlinov was born and raised in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, where he also started playing football with local FK Forca. Subsequently, he went through the youth ranks of FK Rabotnički and FK Vardar until he was 14 years old. Atakan Karazor (born 13 October 1996) is a German professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart.
