2020–21 Toto Cup Al
The 2020–21 Toto Cup Al was the 36th season of the third-important football tournament in Israel since its introduction and the 15th tournament involving Israeli Premier League clubs only. Beitar Jerusalem were the defending champions. Format changes The two clubs playing in the Israel Super Cup (Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Be'er Sheva) will not take part in the group stage, while the remaining twelve clubs were divided into three groups of four clubs. At the end of the group stage the team with the best results of the group winners will qualify to the Finals. Toto Cup
The Israel Toto Cup ( he, גביע הטוטו, ''Gvia Ha'Toto'') is an association football tournament that features clubs in the two highest divisions in Israel: the Israeli Premier League ( Ligat Ha'Al), and the second division Liga Leumit. From 1999 to 2009, the tournament was also open to clubs from the third division, until the cancellation of Liga Artzit. The Toto Cup is the third most important competition in Israeli football after the Israeli Premier League and the Israeli State Cup. As it isn't highly regarded, Israeli clubs use the games to rotate their squad and give fringe players and youth players a chance. William Agada
William "Willy" Agada (born 17 September 1999) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Major League Soccer club Sporting KC. Career Agada began his playing career with Mighty Jets F.C. of the Nigeria National League. Agada started his international career in Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem's youth team in 2017/18 season. In the middle of the season he was loaned to Maccabi Tel Aviv youth team. Agada finished the season with a total of 22 league goals for both clubs. Teddy Stadium ( he, אצטדיון טדי) is a sports stadium in the Malha neighborhood of Jerusalem. Three football teams currently use the stadium: Beitar Jerusalem, Hapoel Jerusalem, and the Israel national football team for select home matches. The stadium is named after long-time Jerusalem mayor Teddy Kollek, who was in office during the time of its construction and was one of its prominent advocates.
