2020 Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup
The 2021 Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup was scheduled to be the eighth edition of the Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup. The tournament was scheduled to be held in Kakamigahara, Japan from 6 to 12 April 2020. In March 2020 it was announced that the tournament would be postponed due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic. On 27 October 2020 it was announced the tournament would be held from 16 to 22 August 2021. On 13 August 2021, the tournament was officially cancelled. China women's national under-21 field hockey team, China were the defending champions. The tournament served as the Asian qualifier for the 2021 Women's FIH Junior World Cup, 2021 FIH Junior World Cup, with the top three qualifying. After the cancellation the Asian Hockey Federation selected China, India and Japan as the Asian representatives at the 2021 Junior World Cup. Kakamigahara

2021 Women's FIH Junior World Cup
The 2022 Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup is the ninth edition of the Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, the biennial women's under-21 field hockey world championship organized by the International Hockey Federation. It was scheduled to be held from 5 to 16 December 2021 in Potchefstroom, South Africa. Because of a new COVID-19 variant, the tournament was put on hold on 26 November 2021 and later postponed, with the option to be hosted by South Africa. On 10 January 2022 it was announced the tournament will take place from 2 to 13 April 2022 at the original venue. In February the tournament was moved one day forward to start on 1 and end on 12 April 2022. Argentina were the defending champions. They were defeated 4–1 in the quarter-finals by Germany. The 2015 Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup was a field hockey tournament held in Changzhou, China between 5 – 13 September 2015. The 2019 Women's Junior AHF Cup, also known as the AirAsia Women's Junior AHF Cup 2019 due to sponsorship reasons, was the fifth edition of the Women's Junior AHF Cup.
