2020 KBS Song Festival
The 2020 KBS Song Festival ( ko, KBS 2020 가요대축제) was the 10th edition of KBS Song Festival, held on December 18, 2020, broadcast by KBS at 8:30 pm KST on the 18th to 12:15 am on the 19th. A total of 20 teams have been invited to the show. This year's theme was "Connect", referring to how artists and their fans will connect through music during this time when they can't meet in person because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Background On November 12, KBS announced that KBS '2020 Song Festival' will be held on December 18, without audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The specific cast has not been announced. TVXQ
TVXQ (stylized as TVXQ!), an initialism for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (), is a South Korean male pop duo consisting of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. They are known as in Japanese releases, and are sometimes referred to as DBSK, an abbreviation of their Korean name Dong Bang Shin Ki (). Their name roughly translates to "Rising Gods of the East". Formed by SM Entertainment in 2003, TVXQ began as a five-member boy band composed of members U-Know Yunho, Max Changmin, Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu. NU'EST (; short for New Establish Style Tempo) was a South Korean boy band formed and managed by Pledis Entertainment. The group consisted of five members: JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren. They debuted on March 15, 2012, with the single titled "Face". The group disbanded on March 15, 2022, after Aron, JR, and Ren left Pledis Entertainment upon the completion of their 10-year contract.
