2020 ADAC Formula 4 Championship
The 2020 ADAC Formula 4 Championship was the sixth season of the ADAC Formula 4, an open-wheel motor racing series. It was a multi-event motor racing championship that featured drivers competing in 1.4 litre Tatuus-Abarth single seat race cars that conformed to the technical regulations for the championship. The season was won by Red Bull junior Jonny Edgar. Teams and drivers Race calendar and results The initial calendar was released on 10 January 2020. On 10 April 2020 the series announced a revised calendar, delaying the start of the season due to the 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic. The second Nürburgring event supported the 2020 24 Hours of Nürburgring, while the other rounds supported the 2020 ADAC GT Masters. Another altered 7-round calendar was released on 24 May 2020. The 2020 ADAC GT Masters was the fourteenth season of the ADAC GT Masters, the grand tourer-style sports car racing founded by the German automobile club ADAC. Sebastián "Sebas" Montoya Freydell (born 11 April 2005) is a Colombian-American racing driver who is currently competing for Prema Racing in the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship and the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Campos Racing. He is the son of Formula One race winner Juan Pablo Montoya. Career Karting career Montoya started his competitive karting career in 2013, racing in the Rotax Micro Max class of the Florida Winter Tour when he was just eight years old. He proceeded to race in that series for the following four years, where he achieved a best result of fifth in 2016. Hamda Al Qubaisi (born 8 August 2002) is an Emirati female racing driver who currently races in the Formula Regional European Championship for Prema Racing. In June 2021 she became the first woman in the history of Italian F4 to score a podium, achieving third place in the first race at Misano. Leonardo Fornaroli (born 3 December 2004) is an Italian people, Italian racing driver who is set to compete in the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Trident. He is the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship, 2022 Formula Regional European rookie champion. Vladislav "Vlad" Lomko (born 27 December 2004) is a Russian racing driver currently competing in Euroformula Open with CryptoTower Racing. He is the reigning Pau Grand Prix winner. Oliver Bearman (born 8 May 2005) is a British racing driver. He was the 2021 Italian and ADAC Formula 4 champion and is a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy. He most recently competed for Prema Racing in the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship, ending the championship in third place, seven points off winner Victor Martins. Elias Seppänen (born 31 October 2003) is a Finnish racing driver currently competing in the ADAC GT Masters with MANN-FILTER Team Landgraf. Francesco Raffaele Pizzi (born 12 November 2004) is an Italian racing driver racing in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship with TJ Speed Motorsports. He most recently competed for Charouz Racing System in the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship.
