2019–20 Liga IV Constanța
The 2019–20 Liga IV Constanța was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Constanța, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 17 August 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. AJF Constanța intended to end the season with a play-off between the first four ranked teams, but Viitorul Fântânele, Năvodari and Agigea announced that cannot comply with the conditions imposed by the medical protocol. Following this decisions, on 18 July 2020, the emergency committee of AJF Constanța declared Gloria Albești county champion and the representative of Constanța County Constanța () is a county ( județ) of Romania on the border with Bulgaria, in the Dobruja region. Liga IV Constanța
Liga IV Constanța is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Constanța County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 18 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. The number of relegated team from the Liga IV – Constanța is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from the Liga III. Club Sportiv Orășenesc Ovidiu, commonly known as CSO Ovidiu, or simply as Ovidiu, is a Romanian amateur football club based in Ovidiu, Constanța County, founded on 27 July 2004. Liga V
Liga V is the fifth level of the Romanian football league system. Current format Liga V has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 3 parallel divisions. The number of teams differ from one county association to another. Promotion The champions of each division are promoted to Liga IV.
