The 2019–20 Liga IV Botoșani (known as Liga IV Givova for sponsorship reasons) was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Botoșani, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 18 August 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. CS Dante Botoșani, Dante Botoșani was declared the county champion and the representative of Botoșani County at the 2019–20 Liga IV, promotion play-off to Liga III. Team changes 14 teams compete in this season: the top 12 teams from the previous season and two promoted teams from the Liga V Botoșani. Viitorul Albești, champions of previous season, lost the promotion playoff against CSM Bacău (football), CSM Bacău from Bacău County and it will stay in Liga IV Botoșani. Liga IV Botoșani or for sponsorship reasons the Liga IV Givova is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Botoșani County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 14 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. Also, the number of relegated team from the Liga IV – Botoșani is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from the Liga III. CS Sporting Juniorul Vaslui (), commonly known as Sporting Vaslui, Juniorul Vaslui or simply as Vaslui, is a Romanian professional football club based in Vaslui, Vaslui County, founded in 2002 and re-founded in 2014. The 2019–20 Liga IV Vaslui was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Vaslui, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 15 September 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. CS Sporting Vaslui, Sporting Juniorul Vaslui was declared the county champion and the representative of Vaslui County at the 2019–20 Liga IV, promotion play-off to Liga III. Competition format 13 teams compete in this season - 9 from previous season, 3 promoted teams from Liga V and one admitted on demand. The 13 teams will play a regular season, followed by a play-off and play-out. The regular season is a double round-robin tournament. At the end of the regular season the first 8 ranked teams will enter the play-off. The 2019–20 Liga IV Bacău was the 52nd season of Liga IV Bacău, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season is scheduled began on 24 August 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. The season was ended officially on 26 July 2020 after a championship play-off match between the teams in first place in the Bacău and Valea Trotușului Series.
