2019–20 Greek A2 Basket League
The 2019–20 Greek A2 Basket League was the 34th season of the Greek A2 Basket League, the second-tier level professional club basketball league in Greece. The league was organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation. It was the fifth season with the participation of 16 teams. The season was prematurely cancelled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to that, none of the league's teams were relegated. 2018–19 Greek A2 Basket League
The 2018–19 Greek A2 Basket League was the 33rd season of the Greek A2 Basket League, the second-tier level professional club basketball league in Greece. It was the fourth season with the participation of 16 teams. Playoff and play out games were also held, for a fourth consecutive season. Ionikos Nikaias clinched the championship by winning the regular season. Along with the playoffs winners Iraklis, they were automatically promoted to the 2019–20 Greek Basket League. Pangrati or Pagrati ( el, Παγκράτι) is a neighborhood in Central Athens, Greece, having an estimated population of 35,173 residents. Named after the ancient sanctuary of Hercules Pancrates ("All Powerful"), its frontage runs from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue along to Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue and Vassileos Alexandrou Avenue, just a few minutes walk from the National Gardens. Amyntas B.C. ( gr, Α.Ο. Αμύντας), commonly known as Amyntas, is a Greek professional basketball club. The club's full name is Athlitikos Omilos Amyntas Ymittos B.C. The club is located in Dafni-Ymittos, Dafni, a suburb of Athens, Greece. The colors of the team are blue and orange. The club is named after the father of Philip II of Macedon, and grandfather of Alexander the Great, Amyntas III of Macedon. The club's emblem is King Amyntas. History Amyntas B.C. was originally founded in 1950. In 2010, Dafni and A.O. Amyntas merged, creating A.O. Amyntas Dafnis - Ymittos. Agrinio (Greek: Αγρίνιο, , Latin: ''Agrinium'') is the largest city of the Aetolia-Acarnania regional unit of Greece and its largest municipality, with 106,053 inhabitants. It is the economical center of Aetolia-Acarnania, although its capital is the town of Mesolonghi. The settlement dates back to ancient times.
