2019–20 Figure Skating Season
The 2019–20 figure skating season began on July 1, 2019, and ended on June 30, 2020. During this season, elite skaters competed on the ISU Championship level at the 2020 2020 European Figure Skating Championships, European, 2020 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships, Four Continents, and 2020 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, World Junior Championships; the 2020 World Figure Skating Championships, World Championships were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tòn Cónsul Vivar (born 1 April 1998) is a Spanish pair skater. With his former skating partner, Laura Barquero, he is the 2020 Spanish national champion and competed in the final segment at the 2020 European Championships. Cónsul is the 2017 Spanish junior national champion in men's singles and in pairs with Alexanne Bouillon, as well as the 2018 Spanish junior national champion in pairs with Isabella Gamez. Laura Barquero Jiménez (born 12 October 2001) is a Spanish pair skater. With her skating partner, Marco Zandron, she is the 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy silver medalist and the 2021 Spanish national champion. With her former skating partner, Tòn Cónsul, she is the 2020 Spanish national champion and competed in the final segment at the 2020 European Championships. Logan Bye (born March 2, 1998) is an American ice dancer. With his skating partner and fiancée, Eva Pate, he is a two-time ISU Challenger Series silver medalist. Tina Garabedian ( hy, Թինա Կարապետյան; born June 13, 1997) is a retired Armenian-Canadian ice dancer. She and her partner Simon Proulx-Sénécal represented Armenia at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Robert Kunkel (born 28 April 1999) is a German pair skater. With his skating partner, Annika Hocke, he is the 2023 European bronze medalist, 2022 Grand Prix de France bronze medalist, and has won three medals on the ISU Challenger Series, including gold at the 2022 CS Finlandia Trophy.
