2019–20 FC Krasnodar Season
The 2019–20 FC Krasnodar season was the ninth successive season that Krasnodar played in the Russian Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Russia. They finished the previous season in 3rd place, qualifying for the UEFA Champions League for the first time, entering at the third-qualifying round. They also took part in the Russian Cup. Season events On 20 May 2019, Krasnodar announced that Kaio had signed on a five-year contract from Santa Clara. Two days later, 22 May, Krasnodar announced their second signing of the summer, with Younes Namli signing a four-year contract from PEC Zwolle. FC Krasnodar
FC Krasnodar is a Russian professional football club based in Krasnodar that plays in the Russian Premier League. The club was founded in 2008. In 2009, the club was promoted to the Russian First Division, the second highest division of the Russian football league system, despite finishing Zone South of Second Division in third. At the end of the 2010 season, they were promoted to the Russian Premier League for the 2011 season, despite finishing fifth in the first division. In 2013, FC Krasnodar began the construction of the 35,074-seat Krasnodar Stadium which was opened on 9 October 2016. PEC Zwolle is a Dutch football club based in Zwolle, Netherlands. They play in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football, following relegation from the Eredivisie in the 2021–22 season. FK Yenisey Krasnoyarsk (ФК Енисей Красноярск) is a Russian football club based in Krasnoyarsk. The club plays in the Russian First League.
