The 2019 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, between 21 and 27 July 2019. Sports The following competitions took place: Venues Schedule The competition schedule for the 2019 European Youth Olympic Summer Festival is as follows: Participant nations 48 EOCs participated in the EYOF 2019. Armenia decided to boycott the EYOF. Liechtenstein did not compete. One refugee athlete, originally from Eritrea, and at that time based in Israel, competed at these games. Tofig Bahramov Stadium
The Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium ( az, Tofiq Bəhramov adına Respublika Stadionu) is a multi-purpose stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is currently used mostly for football matches. It served as the home ground for the Azerbaijan national football team until they moved to the Baku Olympic Stadium. It holds 31,200 seats making it the second largest stadium in the country. Aquatic Palace
The Aquatic Palace is a sporting venue in Baku, Azerbaijan, which is fully compliant with the requirements of the International Swimming Federation (FINA). The Palace hosted the 2015 European Games, Baku 2015 European Games and 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games, Baku 2017 4th Islamic Solidarity Games. The Aquatic Palace has three swimming pools. One pool is an Olympic-size swimming pool and was designed for different types of competitions at local and international levels. The length of the pool for diving is 25 meters in height and 20 meters in width and has a five-stage platform for high board diving from a height of 3, 5, 7, 5 and 10 meters. 6,000-10,000 spectators can watch sports competitions, concerts at the palace. Baku Tennis Academy
Baku Tennis Academy, is a tennis venue in Baku, Azerbaijan. The center currently hosts the Baku Cup. The main stadium has a capacity of 10,000 people. The central court has a capacity of 3,000, and the other 12 open/closed courts have a capacity of 200. The Baku Tennis Academy was founded in 2009. The opening ceremony of the Baku Tennis Academy was held on May 5, 2009. The academy, covering an area of 2.7 hectares. The facility has hosted events for the Women's Tennis Association in the past. During the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku, the Baku Tennis Academy was used for a series of tennis competitions for 11 days. It is the first tennis academy built in Azerbaijan. Handball

The Velopark is a motorsport venue and it is located in the city of Baku, Azerbaijan. About Ilham Aliyev, Mehriban Aliyeva (chairman of the Baku 2015 First European Games Organizing Committee) and Arzu Aliyeva participated in the opening of Velopark. The park in the territory of “Velopark” was created in the early 1970s. In September 2005, cleaning works were started in this territory. In 2013, the area of the park was handed over to the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation as a base.
