The Europe Zone was the unique zone within Group 3 of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2019. The zone's competition was held in round robin format in Athens, Greece, from 11 to 14 September 2019. Hugo Nys (; born 16 February 1991) is a French-born Monegasque tennis player who is a doubles specialist on the ATP Tour. On 29 July 2019, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of No. 327 and he achieved his highest doubles ranking of No. 41 on 8 November 2021.
