2018–19 Jaguar I-Pace ETrophy
The 2018–19 Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy was the inaugural season of the battery electric zero-emission international motor racing series supporting the FIA Formula E Championship, which started in December 2018 and ended in July 2019. The series saw entrants compete in a race-prepared Jaguar I-PACE, built by Jaguar's Special Vehicle Operations team with technical support from M-Sport who maintain the cars, with the races taking place on selected Formula E weekends. Teams and drivers Mid-season changes * A new Austrian entry, led by Thomas Bleiner, was trying to enter championship mid-season. The Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy was a battery electric zero-emission international motor racing series supporting the FIA Formula E Championship which ran two seasons from late 2018 to mid 2020. The series was cancelled after the 2019–20 season, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ''eTrophy'' saw entrants compete in a race-prepared Jaguar I-Pace, also bearing the same name as the series, with the races taking place on selected Formula E weekends. David Cheng (born July 21, 1989) is an American sports car racing driver. He currently drives the No. 37 LMP2 Oreca 07 for Jackie Chan DC Racing in the Asian Le Mans Series and FIA World Endurance Championship. Adam Carroll (born 26 October 1982) is a Northern Irish professional racing driver. He last raced in the 2016–17 Formula E season for Jaguar Racing.
