2018 U.S. F2000 National Championship
The 2018 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda was the ninth season – since its revival in 2010 – of the U.S. F2000 National Championship, an Open-wheel car, open wheel auto racing series that is the first step in INDYCAR's Road to Indy ladder, operated by Andersen Promotions. A 14-race schedule was announced on October 17, 2017. American Kyle Kirkwood driving for Cape Motorsports in a single-car effort dominated the championship, winning twelve of the fourteen races. The only other driver to win was two consecutive races won by former Indy Lights competitor Alexandre Baron for Swan-RJB Motorsports early in the season. Baron left the series after seven races. Swede Rasmus Lindh finished well back in second place driving for Pabst Racing who won the team championship in a close battle. Keith Donegan
Keith Donegan (born 12 March 1997), is an Irish racing driver and team owner who last drove in the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship for Race Performance Motorsport. He is the owner of the team, having purchased the assets of RP Motorsport in February 2022. Following Round 5 of the championship, Donegan stepped back from driving to continue as just the owner. Yuven Sundaramoorthy (born February 22, 2003) is an Indian-American racing driver. He currently competes in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship with Exclusive Autosport and in the 2023 Indy NXT with Abel Motorsports. He previously drove for Pabst Racing in 2022. Sundaramoorthy previously competed in the U.S. F2000 National Championship with Pabst Racing.
