2018 Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship
The 2018 Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship was the 128th staging of the Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Tipperary County Board in 1887. The draw for the 2018 group stage took place on 29 January 2018. The championship began on 14 April 2018 and ended on 21 October 2018. Thurles Sarsfields were the defending champions, however, they were defeated by Nenagh Éire Óg at the semi-final stage. On 21 October 2018, Clonoulty-Rossmore won the championship after a 0–23 to 2–13 defeat of Nenagh Éire Óg in the final at Semple Stadium. It was their third championship title overall and their first title since 1997. Bouladuff (), also known as Inch and The Ragg, is a village near Thurles in County Tipperary, Republic of Ireland, Ireland. Holycross
Holycross () is a village and civil parish in County Tipperary, Ireland. It is one of 21 civil parishes in the barony of Eliogarty. The civil parish straddles two counties and the baronies of Eliogarty and of Middle Third (South Tipperary). It is also an ecclesiastical parish in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly. Carrick Swans GAA
Carrick Swan GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club, located in the town of Carrick-on-Suir in south County Tipperary in Ireland. It is one of three GAA clubs in the town, one of which, St. Molleran's, is in County Waterford in the southern suburb of Carrickbeg. The Swan are predominantly a hurling club and lead the roll of honour for the number of South Tipperary senior hurling championships won. The club enjoys a keen rivalry with the longer established Carrick Davins, named in honour of Maurice Davin, first President of the GAA who lived at Deerpark near the town. They have one of the best setups for underage youngsters in the county with numerous county titles been won underage. Drom-Inch GAA
Drom & Inch GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "Mid-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the villages Drom, County Tipperary, Drom, Inch and Barnane which lie near the Devil's Bit mountain range. Dundrum () is a village in County Tipperary, Ireland. In the 2016 census, the population was 165. It is in the barony of Kilnamanagh Lower. Location and access Dundrum village lies in the townland of the same name, one of eight in the civil parish of Ballintemple. Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA
Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "North-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the villages of Kilruane, Ardcroney and Cloughjordan. The club was founded in 1937 and is named after Thomas MacDonagh, a signatory of the 1916 Proclamation who was born and lived in Cloughjordan. The clubhouse and playing field are located in Cloughjordan. The finest day in the club's history was in 1986 when it won the Senior Hurling Club All-Ireland title, defeating Buffers Alley of Wexford GAA in the final by 1-15 to 2-10. Éire Óg Annacarty GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in the parish of Anacarty & Donohill, in west County Tipperary in Ireland. History The Éire Óg club's most notable player of the modern era is Pat Fox, All-Ireland medallist for senior hurling in 1989 and 1991 during which period he was a leading scorer in the All-Ireland and Munster Championships.
