2018 LPGA Tour
The 2018 LPGA Tour is a series of professional golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world. The season begins in Bahamas on January 25 and ends on November 18 at the Tiburón Golf Club in Naples, Florida. The tournaments are sanctioned by the United States-based Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). Schedule and results The number in parentheses after each winners' name is the player's total number of wins in official money individual events on the LPGA Tour, including that event. Ariya Jutanugarn
Ariya Jutanugarn ( th, เอรียา จุฑานุกาล, , ; born 23 November 1995) is a Thai professional golfer who plays on the American-based LPGA Tour. She was born in Bangkok. She is the first golfer, male or female, from Thailand to win a major championship. She became the number one ranked golfer in the Women's World Golf Rankings in June 2017. Family Jutanugarn has an older sister, Moriya, who is also a professional golfer. Their parents are father Somboon and mother Narumon and they have four older half-siblings through their father. The two sisters often play matches together and travel with their parents, who handle their business and financial affairs. HSBC Women's World Championship
The HSBC Women's World Championship is a women's professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour first held in 2008. It was played on the Garden Course of the Tanah Merah Country Club in eastern Singapore, adjacent to Singapore Changi Airport from 2008 to 2012. It is now played at the Sentosa Golf Club in Sentosa (Serapong Course from 2013 to 2016, Tanjong Course since 2017). In 2008 and 2009, entrance in the tournament was open to 78 of the world's top golfers, based on world rankings, recent tour wins, and other criteria. The total purse in the first two years was US$2 million, with the winner's share at $300,000. In 2010, the field was reduced to 63 players and the purse reduced to $1.3 million. The purse increased to $1.4 million in 2011. The purse will increase from the $1.6 million in 2021, to $1.7 million in 2022. Brooke Henderson
Brooke Mackenzie Henderson (born 10 September 1997) is a Canadian professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. Henderson was named the Canadian Press female athlete of the year for 2015, 2017 and 2018. She won her first major at age 18 in 2016 at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, becoming the event's youngest winner. The Lotte Championship is a women's professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour. It debuted in April 2012 LPGA Tour, 2012 at the Ko Olina Golf Club in Kapolei, Hawaii. The title sponsor of the tournament is Lotte (conglomerate), Lotte, an industrial conglomerate based in South Korea and Japan. The presenting sponsor from 2012 to 2014 was J Golf, a Korean broadcaster. In 2012, the LPGA Lotte Championship was one of two LPGA tournaments in the United States presented by J Golf. Pernilla Lindberg (born 13 July 1986) is a Swedish professional golfer on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour. Ji Eun-hee (; ; born 13 May 1986 in Gapyeong, South Korea), also known as Eun-Hee Ji, is a South Korean professional golfer who plays on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour. The JTBC Classic Presented by Barbasol, formerly the Kia Classic, is a women's professional golf tournament in Southern California on the LPGA Tour. It debuted in 2010 at the La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, then moved north for a year in 2011 to the Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms in the City of Industry in Los Angeles County.
