2018 Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0
The 2018 Formula Renault Eurocup is a multi-event motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars held across Europe. The championship features drivers competing in 2 litre Formula Renault single seat race cars that conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2018 season is the 28th Formula Renault Eurocup season organized by the Renault Sport and the third season as the main category of the World Series by Renault. The series will visit ten circuits around the Europe, including Monaco. Teams and drivers In 2018 the series was scheduled to feature the same nine teams as in previous year. But Mark Burdett Motorsport wasn't able to appear on the grid. Max Fewtrell
Maximilian Bradley Fewtrell (born 29 July 1999) is a British former racing driver, and former member of the Renault Sport Academy and 2016 British F4 champion. He competed in the 2020 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Hitech Grand Prix alongside Kiwi Liam Lawson and Norwegian Dennis Hauger, having driven for ART Grand Prix in the 2019 season. Career Karting Fewtrell was born in Birmingham. At a young age, he moved to Malaysia first, then Singapore for 9 years. He also has an older brother, Sam, and a younger brother, Theo. Max began karting in 2009 at the age of ten after watching the Singapore Grand Prix. Fewtrell karted in Singapore but competed mainly in Malaysia. Ye Yifei (; born 16 June 2000) is a Chinese racing driver, 2016 French F4 champion, 2020 Euroformula Open champion, 2021 Asian Le Mans Series champion, 2021 European Le Mans Series champion, and former member of the Renault Sport Academy. AVF formerly AV Formula, was a Spanish motor racing team, ran by former racing driver Adrián Vallés. Sami Worship Taoufik (born 27 February 2002) is a Spanish-born Moroccan racing driver. Career Early career Born in Barcelona and based in Spain, Taoufik began karting in 2007, at age of five, and claimed four Spanish Championship titles. He competed for two seasons in the OK Junior category between 2015 and 2016, year in which he won the WSK Super Master Series OKJ with the British team Ricky Flynn Motorsport. Jarno Opmeer (born 11 April 2000) is a Dutch esports driver and former racing driver and is the 2020 and 2021 Formula One Esports Champion. Christian Lundgaard (born 23 July 2001) is a Danish professional racing driver who is driving the No. 45 Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing in the IndyCar Series.
