The 2018 Brasil Open was a tennis tournament played on indoor clay courts. It was the 18th edition of the Brasil Open, and part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2018 ATP World Tour. ATP World Tour 250 Series
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. Corentin Moutet (; born 19 April 1999) is a French tennis player. Moutet has a career high ATP singles ranking of world No. 51, attained on 7 November 2022. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of world No. 425, attained on 12 June 2017. Moutet has won 6 ATP Challenger Tour and 5 ITF World Tennis Tour singles tournaments. Hans Podlipnik Castillo (; born 9 January 1988) is a Chilean retired tennis player of Slovenian descent.
