The 2017 Tour de France is the 104th edition of the cycle race, one of cycling's Grand Tour (cycling), Grand Tours. The race started in Düsseldorf, Germany on 1 July, with stage 11 occurring on 12 July with a stage finish in Pau, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Pau. The race finished on the Champs-Élysées in Paris on 23 July. Ion Izagirre Insausti (born 4 February 1989) is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer and cyclo-cross rider from the Basque Country, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam .
