Lisa LeBlanc
Lisa LeBlanc (born August 13, 1990), is a Canadian singer-songwriter and banjoist, known for her enthusiastic "trash folk" performances. Early life LeBlanc was born in Rosaireville, New Brunswick. She is of Acadian heritage, and comes from a family of music lovers. Musical career LeBlanc composed her first pieces around the age of fourteen. She was playing at local events and Miramichi's O'Donaghues bar, with her mother watching her because she was underage. LeBlanc was recognized as an outstanding guitarist and a promising singer-songwriter when she won the Festival international de la chanson de Granby in September 2010. This juried award brought her to the attention of the country's francophone media. She has also played at the 2011 Coup de cœur francophone, at the FrancoFolies of Montreal and at the Festival d'été de Québec. Le Couleur
Le Couleur is a French-Canadian electro-pop band from Montreal, Quebec, which currently consists of Laurence Giroux-Do, Patrick Gosselin, Steeven Chouinard. In 2010, the band released their debut album, ''Origami'', which had widespread success in Europe, as well as back home in Quebec, propelling them to the top of Quebec’s independent radio charts. Louise Burns is a Canadian singer-songwriter. Formerly a member of the band Lillix, she released her debut album as a solo artist, ''Mellow Drama'', on April 5, 2011, on Light Organ Records. Philippe B is a francophone singer-songwriter based in Montreal. Biography Born Philippe Bergeron in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada, Philippe B is the former lead vocalist for Gwenwed. He was also a session guitarist for Pierre Lapointe on his eponymous album. He released his first self-titled solo album in 2005 on label Proxenett Records.
