2017 LEN Super Cup
The 2017 LEN Super Cup was the 36th edition of the LEN Super Cup, an annual water polo match organised by LEN and contested by the reigning champions of the two main European club competitions, the LEN Champions League and the LEN Euro Cup. The match was played Szolnok, the winners of the 2016–17 LEN Champions League, and Ferencváros, the winners of the 2016–17 LEN Euro Cup. Szolnoki Vízilabda SC
Szolnoki Vízilabda Sport Club is a professional water polo team based Szolnok, Hungary. Founded in 1921, it plays in OB I, the top division championship in the country, which they won on nine occasions. In water polo, the goalkeeper occupies a position as the last line of defense between the opponent's offence and their own team's goal, which is . Miloš Ćuk ( sr-cyr, Милош Ћук; born 21 December 1990) is a Serbian water polo player who plays for Radnički. His most notable achievement with the Serbia national water polo team are the golden medal from the 2012 European Championship held in Eindhoven and the silver medal from the 2011 World Championship in Shanghai. Andrija Prlainović ( sr-Cyrl, Андрија Прлаиновић; born 28 April 1987) is a Serbian water polo player widely regarded as one of the greatest players ever. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo teams that won bronze medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics and gold medals in 2016 and 2020. Aaron Younger (born 25 September 1991) is an Australian water polo player. He was born in Attadale, Western Australia and is tall. He made his debut for the Australian national team in 2009, that year, he was also part of the Australian Universities team that won the World University Games.
