2017 Audi Sport TT Cup
The 2017 Audi Sport TT Cup was the third and the final season of the Audi Sport TT Cup. It began on 6 May at Hockenheim and finished on 15 October at Hockenheim after seven double-header meetings, all of which were support events for the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters and 24 Hours Nürburgring. 2017 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters
The 2017 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the thirty-first season of premier German touring car championship and also eighteenth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. The season is scheduled to run from 6 May until 15 October over 18 races. René Rast won his first DTM championship after a total of nine events. Linus Straßer (born 6 November 1992) is a German World Cup alpine ski racer, a slalom specialist. His first qualification for a World Cup second run came in a giant slalom at Beaver Creek in December 2014, but he failed to finish. Straßer has competed in five World Championships; in his first in 2015 at Beaver Creek, he was in tenth in the slalom. Norisring
The Norisring is a street circuit in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. Originally established as a motorcycle racing venue in 1947 and named in a 1950 competition to win a light motorcycle, the track became known as a sports car racing venue in the 1970s. Since 2000, it has been annually used by the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, the premier Germany-based touring car racing series. The is a 150,000 person capacity motorsports complex located in the town of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Max Franz (born 1 September 1989) is an Austrian World Cup alpine ski racer. Born in Klagenfurt, Carinthia, he focuses on the speed events of Downhill and Super-G. Career Franz made his World Cup debut in November 2009 at Lake Louise, Canada. Three years later, Franz made his first World Cup podium in November 2012, in the Downhill at Lake Louise. He is the cousin of alpine skier Werner Franz. In 2017, Franz took his first World Cup win in Val Gardena in the downhill. Matthias Dolderer (born 15 September 1970 in Ochsenhausen, Baden Württemberg) is a German professional race pilot. He is the 2016 champion of the Red Bull Air Race. Flying career Beginnings Dolderer, who once colourfully compared the precision-flying of the Red Bull Air Race to trying to park a car in a garage while travelling at nearly 400 kilometres per hour, first went flying with his father when he was three years old.
