2017 Allsvenskan
The 2017 Allsvenskan, part of the 2017 Swedish football season, is the 93rd season of Allsvenskan since its establishment in 1924. The season began on 1 April 2017 and ended on 5 November the same year. Fixtures for the 2017 season were announced on 9 December 2016. A total of 16 teams participated. Malmö FF were the defending champions after winning the title in the previous season. Malmö FF won the Swedish championship this season, their 23rd Allsvenskan title and 20th Swedish championship overall, in the 27th round on 16 October 2017 when they won 3–1 in the away fixture against IFK Norrköping at Östgötaporten. Allsvenskan
Allsvenskan (; en, the All-Swedish, also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan, en, the Football All-Swedish) is a Swedish professional league for men's association football clubs. It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. Seasons run from late March or early April to the beginning of November, with the 16 clubs all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 30-match season, for a total of 240 matches league-wide. Allsvenskan is ranked 23rd in the UEFA coefficients of leagues based on performances in European competitions over the last five years. IFK Norrköping
Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Norrköping, more commonly known as IFK Norrköping or simply Norrköping, is a Swedish professional football club based in Norrköping. Per Jonas Karlsson (born 2 January 1986) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defender. Making his senior debut for AIK in 2003, he made a club record 455 appearances for the club and helped the team win the 2009 and 2018 Allsvenskan titles. He won two caps for the Sweden national team between 2010 and 2015. Club career He came through the ranks of Solna club Vasalunds IF and was picked up by AIK as a teenager. Anton Lars Tinnerholm (born 26 February 1991) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a defender. Career Åtvidabergs FF In his early years Tinnerholm played for local Östergötland clubs Brokinds IF and IK Östria Lambohov before moving to play professionally for Åtvidabergs FF, one of the larger clubs in the county. Tinnerholm moved to Åtvidaberg in 2008 but didn't make his first league appearance for the club until the year after. Andreas Isaksson
Jan Andreas Isaksson (; born 3 October 1981) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Isaksson began his career at local Trelleborgs FF, before briefly representing Juventus. He would later return to Sweden, where he won two Allsvenskan titles with Djurgårdens IF. After two seasons with Rennes, he was signed for £2 million by Manchester City of the Premier League, where he was not a regular. Johan Kristoffer Sellberg-Wiland (born 24 January 1981) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Nya Parken, formerly known as Norrköpings Idrottspark, also known as PlatinumCars Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a multi-purpose stadium in Norrköping, Sweden.
