2015 Uzbek League
The 2015 Uzbek League was the 24th season of top level football in Uzbekistan since independence in 1992. Pakhtakor were the defending champions from the 2014 campaign. Teams Sogdiana Jizzakh and FK Andijan remained for 2015 Uzbek League edition due decision of ''UzPFL'' to expand League to 16 teams from 2015 season. Shurtan Guzar and Kokand 1912 promoted to 2015 League as 2014 First League winner and runner-up. Uzbekistan Super League ( uz, O'zbekiston Superligasi), also called Coca-Cola Uzbekistan Super League due to sponsorship reasons ( uz, Coca-Cola O'zbekiston Superligasi / Coca-Cola Ўзбекистон Суперлигаси), is the top division of professional football in Uzbekistan. The Milliy Stadium ( uz, Milliy stadioni) is a football stadium in the city of Tashkent — the capital of Uzbekistan. Located in Chilanzar District of Tashkent, on Bunyodkor Avenue. It seats 34,000 spectators, thus becoming the second largest stadium in Uzbekistan after the Pakhtakor Stadium, which seats 35,000 spectators.
