The 2015 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world, which took place from February through December 2015. Lydia Ko (born 24 April 1997) is a New Zealand professional golfer and the No. 1-ranked woman professional golfer. She first achieved the top ranking on 2 February 2015 at of age, making her the youngest player of either gender to be ranked No. 1 in professional golf. Ko had much success from an early age holding many youngest accolades on the LPGA Tour. Until 2017, she is the youngest ever (age 15) to win an LPGA Tour event. In August 2013, she became the only amateur to win two LPGA Tour events. The Amundi German Masters is a golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour. It was last played at Golf & Country Club Seddiner See near Berlin, Germany. Reid was born in Derby, England. As an amateur she won several events including the 2004 and 2005 English Girls' Championship, the 2006 and 2007 Helen Holm Trophy, the 2007 St Rule Trophy, and the 2007 Ladies' British Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship. She played on the Great Britain and Ireland team in the 2006 Curtis Cup. Reid was the low amateur at the 2007 Women's British Open with a T16 finish.
