The 2015 Israeli Basketball League Cup, for sponsorships reasons the Winner League Cup, was the 10th edition of the pre-season tournament of the Israeli Basketball Super League. Maccabi Tel Aviv won the title for the 6th time. Hapoel Eilat were runners-up. The tournament was held from 24 September 2015 until 28 September 2015 and the games were played in both the Holon Toto Hall in Holon and in the Drive in Arena in Tel Aviv. Afik Nissim ( he, אפיק ניסים; born January 31, 1981) is an Israeli professional basketball player for Elitzur Yavne of the Israeli National League. Khalif Wyatt (born June 10, 1991) is an American professional basketball player who last played for SCM U Craiova in the Liga Națională. He was the Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Year as a college basketball senior in the 2012–13 season, after leading the Owls to the Round of 32 in the 2013 NCAA tournament. The Israeli Basketball League Cup is a pre-season professional basketball tournament that is contested between clubs. It has been held in Israel since 2006. It is held during the week before the start of the Israeli Premier League season. The Israeli League Cup tournament is currently sponsored by Pais Lotto, and therefore it is officially known as the Chance Cup.
