The 2014–15 Ford Trophy was the 44th season of the official List A cricket tournament in New Zealand, and the fourth in a sponsorship deal between New Zealand Cricket and Ford Motor Company. The competition ran from 27 December 2014 to 1 February 2015. The tournament was won by Central Districts for the fifth time, after defeating Auckland in the final by 73 runs. Dane Cleaver
Dane Cleaver (born 1 January 1992) is a New Zealand cricketer who plays for Central Districts. He made his international debut for the New Zealand cricket team in July 2022. He is the cousin of New Zealand captain Kane Williamson. Career Central Districts On 21 March 2011, Cleaver made his first-class debut for Central Districts in a rain-affected draw, where only 8.2 overs were possible in the match. He made his List A debut the following season. In June 2018, he was awarded a contract with Central Districts for the 2018–19 season. In February 2020, in the 2019–20 Plunket Shield season, Cleaver scored a double century in the first innings and made nine dismissals. Barry Frost
Barry George Frost (born 6 February 1958) is a former New Zealand cricket umpire. Life and career Frost grew up on a dairy farm near Leigh, north of Auckland. He attended Mahurangi College in Warkworth before going to Auckland to work. He played club cricket in Auckland, and after retiring from senior ranks he took up umpiring in 1995–96. Frost made his List A cricket umpiring debut in 1998 and first-class cricket debut in the following year. He umpired three Twenty20 Internationals between 2010 and 2012, and 10 women's One-day internationals between 1997 and 2015. He was the founding President of the New Zealand Professional Cricket Umpires' Association in 2011. In 2015–16 Frost became the eighth New Zealand umpire to officiate in 100 first-class matches. Jesse Daniel Ryder (born 6 August 1984) is a former international New Zealand cricketer, who played all forms of the game. He is a middle-order batsman for Tests and is an opening batsman in ODIs.
