2014 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series
The 2014 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics includes one category A event (Stuttgart) and eight category B events. Except for Corbeil-Essones, which is a competition for individuals only, all tournaments feature Individual and Group competitions. The All-around medal event also serves as qualification for the apparatus finals. With eight stopovers in Europe and one in Asia, the competitions took place on March 14 – 16 in Debrecen (HUN), March 22 – 23 in Stuttgart (GER), April 3 – 6 in Lisbon (POR), April 11 – 13 in Pesaro (ITA), May 9 – 11 in Corbeil-Essonnes (FRA), May 22 – 24 in Tashkent (UZB), May 30 – June 1 in Minsk (BLR), August 9 – 10 in Sofia (BUL), and September 5 – 7 in Kazan (RUS). Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup
The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is a competition for rhythmic gymnastics sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). It is one of the few tournaments in rhythmic gymnastics officially organized by FIG, as well as the World Championships (including the Junior World Championships), the gymnastics competitions at the Olympic Games and the Youth Olympics, and the rhythmic gymnastics events at the World Games. The World Cup series should not be confused with the Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix series, which is neither officially organized nor promoted by FIG. Deng Senyue
Deng Senyue (; born 5 February 1992 in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province China) is a retired Chinese individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2014 Asian Games silver medalist. She finished 4th in All-around at the 2013 World Championships. Career Deng started rhythmic gymnastics at 6 years old, In 1999, she went to Beijing to pursue gymnastics and was recruited by the China Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. She made her senior international debut at the 2007 Aeon Cup. In 2009, Deng won the gold medal at the 11th National Games, raising her national ranking to first. Son Yeon-jae KTM (born 28 May 1994) is a South Korean retired individual rhythmic gymnast. She is a former member of the South Korean national gymnastics team, based in Taereung, Seoul. She is the 2014 Asian Games All-around Champion, the 2010 Asian Games All-around bronze medalist, three-time (2016, 2015, 2013) Asian Championships All-around Champion. Neta Rivkin ( he, נטע ריבקין; born June 19, 1991) is a retired Israeli individual rhythmic gymnast. She is one of Israel's most successful rhythmic gymnasts. A three-time Olympian, in 2011 she won the silver medal in clubs at the 2011 European Championships. That same year she also won a bronze medal in the individual hoop final at the 2011 World Championships. She won the all-around silver medal at the 2014 Grand Prix Final. Kseniya Moustafaeva (born 8 June 1995 in Minsk, Belarus) is a French individual rhythmic gymnast of Belarusian origin. She is a 5-time French National all-around champion. Viktoria Oleksiivna Mazur ( ua, Вікторія Олексіївна Мазур, russian: Виктория Алексеевна Мазур; born 15 October 1994 in Lugansk) is a retired Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast who competed in individual and group rhythmic gymnastics. Marina Sergeyevna Durunda (born 12 June 1997) ( az, Marina Sergey qızı Durunda;russian: Марина Сергеевна Дурунда) is a retired Ukrainian-born Azerbaijani individual rhythmic gymnast.
