The 2014 1. divisjon (women), 1. divisjon was the second tier of Norway, Norwegian women's association football, football in 2014. The season kicked off on 21 April 2014, finishing on 26 October 2014. The top placed team was be promoted to next year's Toppserien. The second placed team contested a playoff against the 11th placed team from the 2014 Toppserien for the right to play in Toppserien next season. Fortuna Ã…lesund
AaFK Fortuna (formerly known as FK Fortuna Ålesund) is a Norwegian women's football club from Ålesund that currently competes in 2. divisjon, the third tier of Norwegian football. It is named after Fortuna of Roman mythology. History The club was founded on 25 August 1991 by outbreakers from SK Guard, and merged with Spjelkavik IL in 1995. They played as Spjelkavik IL/Fortuna in the 1995 season, and was named FK Fortuna Ålesund in 1996. The club's home grounds are Aksla Stadion and (sometimes) Color Line Stadion. After playing 1995–2008 at the second level, the club was promoted and debuted in the 2009 Toppserien, but finished in last position and was relegated. Fortuna was in the second tier in the period 2010–16 and has played in the third tier since 2017. Norwegian First Division (women) Seasons
The Norwegian First Division, also called 1. divisjon and OBOS-ligaen (named sponsor is property developer OBOS), is the second-highest level of the Norwegian football league system. Each year, the top finishing teams in the 1. divisjon are promoted to the Eliteserien, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to 2. divisjon. 1. divisjon was previously known as 2. divisjon (1963–1990) and replaced regional league Landsdelsserien (1951–1962) after the latter was dissolved after the 1961–62 season. The second tier was also prior to Landsdelsserien known as 1. divisjon (1948–1951). Formally, it was a semi-professional league. Åsane is a borough of the city of Bergen in Vestland county, Norway. The borough makes up the northern part of the city, north of the city centre. Åsane is connected to downtown Bergen by the E16/ E39 highway. The E16 highway continues on through Åsane to the southeast to the neighboring borough of Arna. The E39 highway continues north through Åsane to the Nordhordland Bridge and then on to the northern municipalities in Vestland county. There are plans to shorten the E39 highway through Åsane, including the construction of two tunnels: Eikås Tunnel (start of construction 2010) and the Nyborg Tunnel (still in the planning stages). SF Grei
SF Grei is a Norwegian sports club from Rødtvet, Oslo. It currently has sections for association football, floorball and gymnastics. The women's team cooperated with Linderud IL on the team Linderud-Grei Toppfotball, which played in Toppserien, the highest league, but now exist as Grei Kvinner Elite. The men's team formerly cooperated to form the team Groruddalen BK. The men's football team currently plays in the 4. divisjon, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. It had a longer stint in the 2. divisjon, and did well with a third place in their group in 1997, before being relegated after the 2000 season. FL Fart
Fotballaget Fart is a Norwegian football club based in Vang outside Hamar. The club is most noted for their women's team which played in Toppserien in 2008, 2012 and 2019. Their home matches are played at Fartbana. Norway international footballers Thorstein Helstad and Kristin Bekkevold started their careers at Fart. History Fotballaget Fart was first founded in 1917, before it was dissolved after nine years of activity. The club was refounded on 28 August 1934. The club got its first pitch with grass in 1958. The name means "the football team speed" in Norwegian. In July 2014 FL Fart received 4 million krone from the will of a fan who bequeathed his belongings to the club.
