2014 Macau Grand Prix
The 2014 Macau Grand Prix (formally the 61st Formula Three Suncity Group Macau Grand Prix) was a motor race for Formula Three cars that was held on the streets of Macau on 16 November 2014. Unlike other races, such as the Masters of Formula 3, the 2014 Macau Grand Prix was not a part of any Formula Three championship, but was open to entries from all Formula Three championships. The race itself was made up of two races: a ten-lap qualifying race that decided the starting grid for the fifteen-lap main race. The 2014 race was the 61st running of the Macau Grand Prix and the 32nd for Formula Three cars. The Grand Prix was won by Mücke Motorsport driver Felix Rosenqvist, having won the event's Qualification Race the previous afternoon. is a Japanese racing driver, known for his successes in single-seater junior categories, including winning the 2013 Formula Challenge Japan and the 2012 Motegi Championship Formula Super FJ. is a Japanese racing driver currently competing in Super GT and Super Formula. He formerly competed in the 2020 FIA Formula 2 Championship for MP Motorsport before being replaced by current Super Formula driver Giuliano Alesi. 2014 Japanese Formula 3 Championship
The 2014 Japanese Formula 3 Championship was the 36th edition of the Japanese Formula 3 Championship. It was held over 7 rounds and a total of 15 races, commencing on 12 April at Suzuka and culminating on 12 October at Fuji Speedway. The overall championship title was won by HFDP Racing driver Nobuharu Matsushita, clinching the title with a fifth-place finish during the first race of the final meeting at Fuji. Matsushita claimed 6 wins during the season, including a hat-trick at the first Motegi meeting, and ultimately won the championship by 12 points, ahead of Kenta Yamashita, who was driving for Petronas Team TOM'S. Markus Pommer (; born 27 January 1991) is a German racing driver. Career Born in Heilbronn, Pommer began his racing career in karting 1999. He remained in karting until 2006. Amongst others he won 2004 the ''Southern German ADAC Kart Cup – ICA Junior''. 2007 he began his formula racing career. He competed in the Formula BMW ADAC for Mücke Motorsport. He concluded the season behind his teammates Philipp Eng and Kevin Mirocha on the tenth position in the championship. 2014 German Formula Three Championship
The 2014 ATS Formel 3 Cup was the 12th and final edition of the ATS F3 Cup. The final season began on 26 April at Oschersleben and finished on 5 October at Hockenheim after eight race weekends with three races scheduled for each weekend. However, one race was cancelled due to fog, and thus the championship was held over a total of 23 races. Category veteran Markus Pommer finished the season as the champion, after comfortably winning the most races during the season. Pommer won 14 races for the Motopark Academy-run Lotus team – for a total of 17 podiums – as well as taking 11 pole positions and 10 fastest laps. "Martin" Cao Hong Wei (, born 17 February 1993) is a Chinese racing driver. Career Asian championships Born in Hunan, Cao started his racing career in 2008 in the Chinese Formula Ford Campus Championship. He won five races and clinched the championship with an advantage of seven points. The 2014 FIA Formula 3 European Championship was a multi-event motor racing championship for single-seat open wheel formula racing cars that held across Europe. Esteban José Jean-Pierre Ocon-Khelfane (; born 17 September 1996) is a French racing driver who competes for Alpine in Formula One. Can be extended to 1–2–3 or 1–2–3–4, etc. depending on a combination of racing series and team size. ; 107% rule: Often used in Formula One or other racing series, it is a rule where the driver must qualify the car within 107% of the polesitter's time to be allowed to compete.
