2014 FIM CEV Moto3 International Championship
The 2014 FIM CEV Moto3 International Championship was the third CEV Moto3 season and the first under the FIM banner. Fabio Quartararo successfully defended his championship by winning nine out of the eleven races. By winning the championship, he secured himself a ride in Moto3 for 2015 – despite being under the minimum age limit – following a rule change in August 2014. Other race winners were María Herrera at Jerez, and series runner up Jorge Navarro at Albacete; Quartararo finished second in both races. The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM; en, International Motorcycling Federation) is the global governing/sanctioning body of motorcycle racing. It represents 116 national motorcycle federations that are divided into six regional continental unions. FTR Moto Ltd was a British motorcycle parts and frame manufacturer. The name was an acronym for ''Fabrication Techniques Racing Motorcycles''. Bradley Ray (born 16 May 1997 in Ashford, Kent, England is a British motorcycle racer. After winning the 2022 BSB Championship, for 2023 Ray is contracted to ride in European rounds of World Superbikes. In November 2020 Ray joined the OMG Racing team for the 2021 season, and was contracted to ride for the same team during 2022, switching from BMW to Yamaha machinery as used in 2021 by the McAMS team. In November 2019 Ray confirmed that he would join Taylor Mackenzie at TAS BMW for the 2020 British Superbike Championship season. Remy Christopher Gardner (born 24 February 1998) is an Australian motorcycle racer, best known for winning the 2021 Moto2 World Championship with Red Bull KTM Ajo. He is the son of 1987 premier class world champion, Wayne Gardner.
