2013–14 Motherwell F.C. Season
The 2013–14 season was Motherwell's twenty ninth consecutive season in the top flight of Scottish football and the first in the newly established Scottish Premiership, having been promoted from the Scottish First Division at the end of the 1984–85 season. They finished the season in second place, behind Celtic, earning entry to the Europa League again, having been knocked out of the 2013–14 seasons at the Third Qualifying Round stage by FC Kuban Krasnodar. They also competed in the League Cup, reaching the Quarter-Final, and the Scottish Cup where they reached the Fourth Round. Motherwell F
Motherwell ( sco, Mitherwall, gd, Tobar na Màthar) is a town and former burgh in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom, south east of Glasgow. It has a population of around 32,120. Historically in the parish of Dalziel and part of Lanarkshire, Motherwell is the headquarters for North Lanarkshire Council. Geographically the River Clyde separates Motherwell from Hamilton to the west whereas the South Calder Water separates Motherwell from Carfin to the north-east and New Stevenston and Bellshill towards the north. Motherwell is also geographically attached to Wishaw and the two towns form a large urban area in North Lanarkshire, with both towns having similar populations and strong community ties. Henri Anier
Henri Anier (born 17 December 1990) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Thai League 1 club Muangthong United and the Estonia national team. Club career Flora Anier came through the Flora youth system. He moved to Esiliiga club Warrior on loan for the 2007 season, and scored 13 goals in 24 league appearances. In January 2008, Anier was promoted to Flora's first team. He made his debut in the Meistriliiga on 8 March 2008, in a 1–1 home draw against Nõmme Kalju. Dungannon () is a town in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is the second-largest town in the county (after Omagh) and had a population of 14,340 at the 2011 Census. Stephen David McManus (born 10 September 1982) is a Scottish professional football coach and former player who is a first team coach at Scottish Premiership club Celtic. McManus, who played as a centre-back, was a product of Celtic's youth academy and rose through the ranks to become first team captain ahead of the 2007–08 season. Gunnar Nielsen (born 7 October 1986) is a Faroese professional footballer who last played as a goalkeeper for Icelandic club FH. Nielsen has also represented HB, Boldklubben Frem, Gøtu Ítróttarfelag, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City, Wrexham, Tranmere Rovers, Silkeborg, Motherwell, Stjarnan and the Faroe Islands national football team at all age levels. Fraser Kerr (born 17 January 1993) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a centre back for club AFC Telford United. Kerr has represented his country at levels from under-16 to under-21. Kerr began his professional career at Premier League side Birmingham City in 2011, having progressed through the club's youth ranks.
