The 2013 Grand Prix GSB was a one-day women's cycle race in the Grand Prix GSB series held in El Salvador on March 7, 2013. It ran from Plaza El Salvador del Mundo (The Savior of the World Plaza) in San Salvador City to Juayúa over and has an UCI rating of 1.1. Clemilda Fernandes Silva (born June 25, 1979) is a Brazilian cycle racer, who is currently suspended from the sport. Career Born in São Félix do Araguaia, Mato Grosso, Fernandes scored three consecutive wins in the Copa América de Ciclismo in 2005, 2006 and 2007. She competed in the Women's road race at the 2008 Summer Olympics, finishing in 51st place. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, finishing 23rd, and in the Women's time trial, finishing 18th. She competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. In 2019, Fernandes was given an eight-year ban for an anti-doping violation, specific to tampering. Ruth Joyce Winder (born July 9, 1993) is a British-born American professional cyclist. She took up the sport as a teenager, and went on to turn professional with in 2014. In July 2021 Winder announced that she would retire from professional competition at the end of the season. Evelyn Yesenia García Marroquín (born December 29, 1982) is a Salvadoran cycle racer, who specialises as an all-rounder, having won time-trials and mountain stages in the past. She has won the Vuelta a El Salvador on two occasions, the only woman to do so, in 2004 and 2007. Born in Santa Ana, García competed in the Summer Olympic Games in 2004 and 2008, both times in the road race and the track individual pursuit.
