2013 Conference National Play-off Final
The 2013 Conference Premier play-off Final, known as the 2013 Blue Square Bet Premier play-off Final for sponsorship purposes, was a football match between Wrexham and Newport County on 5 May 2013 at Wembley Stadium in London. It was the eleventh Conference Premier play-off Final and the first ever Wembley Final to feature two teams from Wales. After not having played in Wembley for 149 years the match represented the second time in the 2012–13 season for Wrexham who reached the final with a 5–2 aggregate win over Kidderminster Harriers following their appearance in the 2013 FA Trophy Final. The final also represented Newport County's second trip to Wembley in less than a year having played in the 2012 FA Trophy Final. Newport had beaten Grimsby Town 2–0 over two legs to reach the play-off final. 2012–13 Football Conference
The 2012–13 Football Conference season was the ninth season in which the Conference consisted of three divisions and the thirty-third season overall. The Conference covers the top two levels of Non-League football in England. The Conference Premier is the fifth highest level of the overall pyramid, whilst the Conference North and Conference South exist at the sixth level. The Conference was won by Mansfield Town who together with Newport County, the winner of the play-off of the National division, were promoted to Football League Two, while the bottom four were relegated to the North or South divisions. The champions of the North and South divisions were promoted to the National division, alongside the play-off winners from each division. The bottom three in each of the North and South divisions were relegated to the premier divisions of the Northern Premier League, Isthmian League or Southern League. Danny Crow
Daniel Stephen Crow (born 26 January 1986) is a retired English footballer who is currently manager of Harleston Town. Career Crow made his senior debut as a substitute for Norwich City in a Premier League match against Middlesbrough on 28 December 2004. He was loaned to Northampton Town towards the end of the 2004–05 season, where he scored two goals in ten games, and released by Norwich that summer. He signed for League Two side Peterborough United at the start of the 2005–06 season, becoming the club's top goalscorer with 17 goals. The next season was less successful, with Crow scoring 10 goals in 42 games. During the campaign, Crow featured on the Sky One documentary " Big Ron Manager", and was criticised for his poor attitude and for being overweight. Scott Donnelly
Scott Paul Donnelly (born 25 December 1987) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Hayes & Yeading United. Career Born in Hammersmith, Greater London, Donnelly had a promising start to his career, making his first league appearance for Queens Park Rangers at the age of 16 in October 2004 during a 2–1 defeat to Preston North End. A series of injuries set him back though and, despite signing a professional contract in 2006, he was released in January 2007. Donnelly then played for non-League side Wealdstone and scored on his debut. In July 2007, had a successful trial and joined Aldershot Town. He was later handed a contract to keep him at the club until the end of the 2008–09 season, and scored the equaliser in a 1–1 draw with Exeter City that handed them promotion to the Football League.
