2012–13 KNVB Cup
The 2012–13 KNVB Cup was the 95th season of the Dutch national football knockout tournament. The competition began on 21 August 2012 with the matches of Round 1 and ended with the final on 9 May 2013. PSV Eindhoven were the defending champions, having won the cup the previous season. The winners qualified for the play-off round of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League. Participants 92 teams participated in the 2012-13 cup. The 18 clubs of the Eredivisie and the 18 clubs of the Eerste divisie qualified automatically, entering in the second round. Other teams qualify by winning period titles in the previous year's competition or by winning a local KNVB Cup, called 'districtsbeker', for clubs from level 3 onwards, in the previous season. AZ Alkmaar
Alkmaar Zaanstreek (), better known as AZ Alkmaar or simply AZ (), is a Dutch professional football club from Alkmaar and the Zaan district. VVV-Venlo (, ''VVV'' stands for ''Venlose Voetbal Vereniging'' meaning "Venlo Football Club") is a Dutch football club from Venlo, a city on the border with Germany. VBV De Graafschap () is a professional football club from Doetinchem, Netherlands, playing in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football. It was formed on 1 February 1954 and they play their home games at the De Vijverberg stadium. The stadium was opened on 12 August 2000 and stands on the site of the club's old pitch. AGOVV () is a Dutch association football club based in Apeldoorn. It was established on 25 February 1913. The club played in professional football from 1954 to 1971 and from 2003 to 2013. PEC Zwolle is a Dutch football club based in Zwolle, Netherlands. They play in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football, following relegation from the Eredivisie in the 2021–22 season. NAC Breda (), often simply known as NAC, is a Dutch professional football club, based in Breda, Netherlands.
