2012 Women's South American Volleyball Club Championship
The 2012 Women's South American Volleyball Club Championship was the fourth official edition of the women's volleyball tournament, played by four teams over 4–6 September 2012 in Osasco, Brazil. The winning team qualified for the 2012 FIVB Women's Club World Championship. Competing clubs Round-Robin The competition system for the tournament was a single Round-Robin system. Each team plays once against each of the 3 remaining teams. Points are accumulated during the whole tournament, and the final ranking is determined by the total points gained. Jaqueline Maria Pereira de Carvalho Endres (born December 31, 1983 in Recife, Brazil) is a Brazilian volleyball player, a member of the Brazilian team that won the Olympic Games at Beijing 2008 and London 2012. Career Club She started her career with Gremio de Volei Osasco in 2002, before moving to Unilever Rio de Janeiro in 2004. In 2006 she moved to play in Europe for Vini Monteschiavo Jesi, later joining Gruppo Murcia 2002 and Scavolini Pesaro. She joined Camponesa-Minas for the 2014/15 season, before moving to play for Sesi-SP. She returned to Minas in November 2016. International She was part of the national team that won the gold medal at the 2011 Pan American Games held in Guadalajara, Mexico. Camila Brait
Camila de Paula Brait (born October 28, 1988) is a volleyball player from Frutal, Brazil, who plays as a libero. She currently defends Osasco Voleibol Clube and is retired from the Brazilian national team. She won the silver medal while representing Brazil at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Career She started her career defending URS/Sacramento. After that, she played in several other teams, which were SESI/Uberlândia, Praia Clube-MG, São Caetano/MonBijou and Osasco, named Finasa/Osasco at the time she joined the club. Fernanda Garay Rodrigues (born May 10, 1986) is a retired Brazilian professional volleyball player who won the 2012 Summer Olympics gold medal and the silver medal at 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics with the Brazil national team. She is tall. She plays with Praia Clube. Thaisa de Moraes Rosa Moreno (born 17 December 1988), commonly known as Thaisa or Isa Moreno, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Flamengo and the Brazil women's national team. Career She started playing at 11 with the Clube Filadélfia. At the age of 13, she joined her current club Osasco. She won the bronze medal and the "Best Blocker" at the 2005 Pan-American Cup, held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
