The 2012 Honolulu Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the third edition of the tournament which was part of the 2012 ATP Challenger Tour. Dennis Lajola (born December 2, 1989) is an American professional tennis player. He was born in the Philippines and currently makes his home in `Aiea, Honolulu, Hawaii. Education He attended the University of Hawaii and received the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) player of the year award in 2011, the first University of Hawaii student to receive that honor. He was on the all-WAC first team all four years at the University. Michael McClune (born August 22, 1989) is an American professional tennis player. He turned professional in 2007, was represented by IMG and signed a lucrative contract with Nike. Takanyi Garanganga
Takanyi Garanganga (born 6 September 1990) is a professional Zimbabwean tennis player. He was born in Mbare, Zimbabwe, a suburb of Harare, and began playing tennis at the age of 8. He first found success at the age of 14 playing tennis, winning the African Junior Championship at the age of 14. This success sparked the interest of Zimbabwean coach Brian de Villiers, who brought Garanganga to the United States.
