The 2012 Green World ATP Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2012 ATP Challenger Tour. Pingguo (; za, Bingzgoj Si) is a city of west-central Guangxi, China. It is the easternmost county-level division of the prefecture-level city of Baise. Two thirds of the population are Zhuang. Yang Tsung-hua (; born March 29, 1991) is a Taiwanese professional tennis player. On the junior circuit, Yang reached a career-high combined ranking of No. 1 in 2008, when he won the French Open singles title against Polish player Jerzy Janowicz in two sets, and the Australian Open and Wimbledon doubles titles alongside Hsieh Cheng-peng. Colin Ebelthite (born 27 November 1984) is a former Australian professional tennis player. Ebelthite's highest ATP singles ranking is World 209, which he reached on 23 June 2008. Harri Heliövaara (born 4 June 1989) is a Finnish tennis player. His highest ranking in singles is World No. 194, which he achieved on 19 December 2011. Benjamin "Ben" Mitchell (born 30 November 1992) is an Australian professional tennis player who as of March 2021 is unranked by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP).
