Turkish Women's First Football League
The Turkish Women's Football Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Süper Ligi), formerly the First Women's Football League (also known as the ''Turkcell Women's Football Super League'' for sponsorship reasons), is the top level women's football league of Turkey. In the 2022–23 season, one group of 10 teams and one group of nine teams play a double round robin and finals to decide a champion club, which qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 8 March 2021, the International Women's Day, the Turkish Football Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with the Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell. Accordingly, the First Women's Football League was named Turkcell Women's Super League ( tr, Turkcell Kadın Süper Ligi) beginning with the 2021–22 season. Trabzon İdmanocağı (women)
İdmanocağı or İdman Ocağı is a Turkish sports club based in Trabzon, Turkey. The club had a strong rivalry with another club, İdmangücü, which matched the The Intercontinental Derby, Istanbul derby between Fenerbahçe S.K., Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray S.K., Galatasaray. İdmanocağı were compared to Galatasaray in that period, partly because of this rivalry and partly because of their red and yellow colours. The association football, football department discontinued in 1967 when they were forced by the Turkish Football Federation to merge with İdmangücü and two other local clubs, Karadenizgücü and Martıspor to form Trabzonspor. Büşra Ahlatçı (born January 23, 1994) is a Turkish women's football midfielder. She last played for Istanbul Defne Spor with jersey number 30 in the 2018-19 Turkish Women's Third League. Onome Ebi (born 8 May 1983) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Spanish Liga F club FC Levante Las Planas and the Nigeria women's national team. Yağmur Uraz (born February 19, 1990) is a Turkish football striker currently playing in the First League for Galatasaray with jersey number 11. She played in the Turkey women's U-19 national teams before joining the Turkish national team.
