2011 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup
The 2011 Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the tenth edition of the annual women's volleyball tournament, played by twelve countries over July 1–9, 2011 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The top four NORCECA teams and the top two from CSV confederation, qualified for the 2012 FIVB World Grand Prix. Prisilla Rivera
Prisilla Altagracia Rivera Brens (born December 29, 1984, in Santo Domingo) is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic. Career 2000-2001 Rivera debuted in 2000 at the Nacional District Superior Tournament with Los Prados, being elected Rookie of the Year. She played with the Girls National Team at the 2001 FIVB U18 World Championship in Pula, Croatia, helping her team to reach the 8th place. That year, she also played with the senior team at the 2001 NORCECA Championship winning with her team the bronze medal. 2003-2004 With her National Team, she won the gold medal at the 2003 Pan American Games. She competed for her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, wearing the number #14 jersey. Fabiana De Oliveira
Fabiana "Fabi" Alvim de Oliveira (born 7 March 1980 in Rio de Janeiro) is a retired volleyball player from Brazil who won the gold medal at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. Career Fabiana started playing volleyball at the age of 13, specializing in defense - and later the libero position - due to her short height. De Oliveira was first called up to the Brazil women's national volleyball team in 2002, under coach Marco Aurélio Motta. She lost her place under his replacement, José Roberto Guimarães, and only returned to being a mainstay of the team in 2005. At the 2007 Pan American Games, held in Rio de Janeiro, de Oliveira and the Brazilian team won the silver medal. One year later, de Oliveira won the gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and was chosen as the best libero of the tournament. Elena Keldibekova
Elena Keldibekova (born 23 June 1974 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, USSR) is a Kazakhstani-Peruvian retired volleyball player who played as setter for the Peru national team. Personal life Keldibekova was born in Kazakhstan to a family of Russian origin. She moved to Peru when she was 19 years old to play one season for the Club Regatas volleyball club, but decided to stay in the country after the season was over. She is married to Johnny Westreicher, a Peruvian former volleyball player of German ancestry. The two met during her time at Club Regatas, as her then coach for the team. With Westreicher, Keldibekovava had a son named Jan. Keldibekova is fluent in German, Russian and Spanish. Career Keldibekova arrived to Peru and played the 1996/97 season with Regatas Lima. Brenda Castillo (born June 5, 1992, in San Cristóbal) is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic and plays as a libero. She was a member of the Dominican Republic national team that won fifth place in the 2012 Summer Olympics, while she was named the tournament's Best Libero. She played in the 2014 World Championship reaching also the fifth place and ranking 17th in the 2010 World Championship and the 2011 FIVB World Cup where her national team ranked eight and the 2015 FIVB World Cup, winning the Best Libero individual award and ranking in seventh place. Lisvel Elisa Eve-Castillo ('' née'' Eve Mejía, born September 10, 1991 in Puerto Plata) is a female volleyball player from the Dominican Republic, who played for the Women's National Team at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She also played the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan. There the team ended up in fourth place, and did not qualify for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Sarah Lindsey Pavan (born August 16, 1986) is a Canadian beach volleyball and former indoor volleyball player. She was part of the Canada women's national volleyball team at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Japan. With Melissa Humana-Paredes she won the women's gold medal at the 2019 Beach Volleyball World Championships.
