ZZ Leiden Basketball, also known as Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden, is a basketball club based in Leiden, Netherlands. The club plays in the BNXT League, the domestic first tier league. The Dutch Basketball Supercup, also known as the DBL Supercup, is the super cup competition of professional basketball in the Netherlands. The match is played by the champions of the Dutch Basketball League and the winner of the NBB Cup. It is a super cup competition. The first Supercup game was held in 2011. 2010–11 Dutch Basketball League
The 2010–11 Dutch Basketball League season was the 51st season of the Dutch Basketball League, the highest professional basketball league in the Netherlands. Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden won the national championship by beating GasTerra Flames 4-3 in the finals. The season was decided in game seven in the Vijf Meihal in Leiden. The 2010–11 NBB Cup was the 43rd season of the Dutch NBB Cup. The championship game was played in the Topsportcentrum in Almere. GasTerra Flames won the cup, its second title ever and first one since 2005. The WCAA Giants were the runners-up after appearing in their first cup final. Seamus Boxley
Seamus Boxley (born September 21, 1982) is a former American former professional basketball player. Boxley played the power forward position. He played college basketball for Portland State, and after that spent time playing professionally in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Ukraine and Belgium. Career On July 2, 2013 Boxley signed with BC Goverla. His contract was dissolved in March 2014 because of the 2014 Ukrainian revolution. For the 2014–15 season Boxley signed with the newly formed Belgian team Limburg United. On March 24, 2015, he extended his contract with Limburg for one more season. Jason Richard Dourisseau (born December 7, 1983) is an American-born naturalised Dutch professional basketball player. Dourisseau primarily plays the small forward position. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Dourisseau received a Dutch passport in 2015. Avis Wyatt (born August 20, 1984) is an American retired basketball player. Wyatt is and played as power forward and center. After four years playing in college for Virginia State, Wyatt played in the Netherlands, Cyprus and Greece. Biography Avis is a native of Petersburg, Virginia.
