2010–11 BIBL Season
In the third season of the Balkan International Basketball League, ten participants from the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and the new represented countries Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia has competed. Teams Format Regular season In the regular season the teams will be divided into two groups, each containing five teams. Each team plays every other team in its group at home and away. The two teams that finished at the top of their group advance to the final four. The teams that finish second and third in their group advance to the quarterfinals. The opening game has been played on October 2, 2010 and the last matchday has been played on 1–2 May 2011. Quarterfinals The teams that finished second in their home played against the third placed teams in the other group in a Best-Of-3 series with home advantage. KK Kavadarci
KK EuroNickel 2005 ( mk, КК ЕуроНикел 2005) is a professional basketball club based in Kavadarci, North Macedonia named for the local ferronickel smelter operator EuroNickel. They currently play in the Macedonian First League. KK EuroNickel 2005 is the first ever Macedonian club to win an international trophy in basketball, they won the 2010-11 EUROHOLD Balkan League. History The club was founded on 11 January 1970. Name: Tikveš (until 1995), Alumni Dekom Tikveš (1995-1997), Orka Sport (1997-1999), Tikveš (1999-2002), Feni Industries (2005-2019), EuroNickel 2005 (2019–present). Kavadarci
Kavadarci ( mk, Кавадарци ) is a town in the Tikveš region of North Macedonia. In the heart of North Macedonia's wine country, it is home to the largest winery in Southeast Europe, named after the Tikveš plain. The town of Kavadarci is the seat of Kavadarci Municipality. Jasmin Sports Hall (Macedonian: "Спортска Сала Јасмин") is a multi-purpose indoor sports arena located in Kavadarci, North Macedonia and seats 2,500 spectators. There are a number of formats used in various levels of competition in sports and games to determine an overall champion. Some of the most common are the ''single elimination'', the ''best-of-'' series, the ''total points series'' more commonly known as ''on aggregate'', and the ''round-robin tournament''. The Hrvatski Telekom Premijer liga ( en, Hrvatski Telekom Premier League, ), also known as HT Premijer liga or simply Premijer liga, is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. It began in 1991, following the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia and therefore the Yugoslav League, and is organized by the Croatian Basketball Federation. The Basketball Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the top–tier men's professional basketball league in Bosnia and Herzegovina for men and women, respectively. The league is operated by the Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Competition format The league is composed of 12 teams, each playing against the other eleven two times, home and away. After this portion concludes, the top six clubs are joined by the country's representatives in the Adriatic League, and enter "League 6". Baschet Club Mureș, commonly known as BC Mureș, was a Romanian professional basketball team based in Târgu Mureș, Romania. The club was a member of the Liga Națională. They were often referred to as "The Tigers"; their home arena was nicknamed "The Jungle" due to the loud crowd and the pressure they could create on visiting teams.
